At Aura Glow, we want you to feel confident and radiant with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date for most products. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be returned in the same condition you received them

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required

Please note:

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged (not due to our error) may not be eligible for a refund

  • Some hygiene or consumable items may be non-returnable (e.g., opened cosmetic products)


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return and photos if applicable

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to ship your return.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when the product arrived damaged or defective

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return shipments


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your credit card company/payment provider
